With both Pawlings and Lake Carmels parade being this friday and both departments so close to eachother, I was wondering which departments are going to Pawling and which ones are going to Lake Carmels parade? I know that Patterson is going to Lake Carmels.

All i heard for pawling results were dover best overall and port jervis of course for the farthest Dept to come

the two classic macks are from the guy who restores them in middletown. He happens to live in pawling and just got a hold of our old ladder truck which he is going to refurbish. I dont have any results because i left for an auto accident and didnt get back in time. If i get any later, ill post them asap.

Carnival starts tommorrow, Parade is Friday and starts at the elementary school on Coulter Ave, right on east main st , over the train tracks, left on dutcher ave to the fire house

Pawling Fire Department 86th Annual Carnival August 7th, 8th, and 9th 6:30pm-10:30pm Pawling Fire Station 1, South St Due to hard economic times, there will be no rides this year. Instead there will be live bands each night, as well as a bouncy castle, slide, jousting and a pit stop challenge. There will be wheel games for prizes and great food as always. The parade will be Friday night at 7pm and fireworks on Saturday. There will be a total of $7,000 in prizes handed out as well as 2, $200 gas cards raffled off on Saturday night. We ask all to attend to support us with one of our main fundraisers. List of bands are: Thursday- Stolen Heart- country/southern rock music Friday- Bar Fly (one of our own members) Saturday- Eclectic Groove- classic rock sounds. it was in pawling at the Pawling Gun club. I was there with the fire department. Great show

that is the old firehouse on memorial ave. Station 1 is and has been located at south street since the contrstruction of the building in 1984. And as for the fire whistle on the old building (the village hall) is still in use today despite residents attempts to have it turned off.

speaking about banning silly string from parades, Pawling fire department is banning throwing of candy at their paradein August for safety reasons. Wondering whats are peoples thoughts about this????

I was wondering why my flights were changed to leaving later in the morning in Oct, and coming back earlier from Orlando. The airports are not doing good at all. Hopefully, jet blue doesnt change thier flight from Westchester. Otherwise, my vacation is going to be alot shorter than wanted.

Doc, would westchester not work for you, they are still as of now running two flights aday to florida. If you dont mind traveling to westchester, check out jet blue out of westchester

i switched all my flight to westchester. i was not happy about it but to enjoy it, im back to leaving early, about an hr later and coming back only about an hr earlier from orlando
