Well you can always get a great breakfast or sandwich at Anthonys Deli In Mamaroneck Cant go wrong with Walters in Mamaroneck, but I also think one of the best Chili Cheese Dogs I ever had was at Lennys Hot Dog Stand on Anderson Hill Road in West Harrison ( dont know if he is still there) The Little Spot in North White Plains is pretty good for some artery clogging food.. Speaking of artery clogging and digestive killing food we cant forget about Pats Hubba Hubba in Port Chester.. And finally for some awesome Ribs there is nothing like Sherwoods in Larchmont..

Branch Road City/County: Patterson, NY Agencies: PFD, PLFD, Pawling EMS, Putnam Medic 3 and 4, Putnam County Car 30, Stat Flight Air 1 and 2 Frequencies: 46.380, 46.440 Writer: nicholas994 Patterson Fire and EMS dispatched to a second serious PIAA. Upon arrival one vehicle roll rover with 2 patients trapped in vehicle. Putnam Lake FD EMS and Pawling EMS dispatched along with Stat Flight Air 1 and 2. Both patients extricated and MEDIVAC out.

Units dispatched Mutual Aid to 684 north at 9E for a PIAA with Extrication. 1625hrs: Carmel Fd in command of this incident, North Salem VAC Mutual Aid EMS, Carmel Vac Responding with second ambulance. Goldens Bridge FD responding with Hurst Tool. 1630hrs Mahopac FD requested to go on Stand By with an Ambulance at BFD HQ, and CFFD is on Stand By at BFD STA 1. Putnam Lake FD also on Stand By in own quarters with EMS and FD 1635hrs: Putnam Lake fd EMS now requested to the scene as the third ambulance. Lake Carmel and Patterson FD EMS both requested to go on stand by in own quarters

Requested one Engine from Carmel FD to the scene. Croton Falls FD also responding Engine and Tanker to the scene. 1540hrs: Croton Falls on location 1550hrs: Putnam County FIre Investigation Team Requested.

Medic 4 has cancelled the Ambulance and will obtain RMA.

Date: 12-18-04 Time: 0200hrs ( aprox ) Location: Route 9 and Albany Post Road Hardware City/County: Phillipstown ( Putnam Co ) Agencies: North Highlands FD, Phillipstown VAC, Garrison FD, Garrison VAC, Putnam Medic 1 and 2, Putnam County Cars 6 & 9, STAT Flight, Mahopac Falls FD ( Dive Team ) Frequency: 46.380, 46.440 Writer: nicholas994 Units dispatched for a serious PIAA with car submered into water.(NHFD, PVAC, Medic 1, Stat Flight). Sheriff Deputy on location confirmed serious PIAA and car is submerged, asked for expedite on FD and EMS. 2nd Ambulance from PVAC and Medic 2 requested along with additional Rescue Truck from Garrison, also Mahopac Falls FD Dive Team Requested to scene. Confirmation of only 2 occupants driver is DOA on location, and passenger is ALS to Westchester MEdical Center with PVAC and Medic 2. Cancel of STAT FLIGHT and Dive Team. Inital reports from the scene have 1 vehicle high speed into a tree, bouncing off and landing in pond next to roadway aprox. 100 feet away. All units returned to service at 0425hrs.

Reproted Driver to be unconscious. STAT Flight was on stand by but has since been stood down.

Well as someone who transports 911 patients to both Sound Shore and White Plains ERs, I cant imagine this is going to have a good affect to either hospital. Both are constantly on diversion for being overwhelmed as it is. I guess it wil be like the old days I remember at Lincoln Hosp, with 4-6 patients per room, and wall to wall stretchers. As far as who has the contracts for medical transportation, I believe both PCRVAC and MetroCare are the primary agencies, but that coul of changed.
