There are alot of things that have to be worked out everything is in the talking stage. They would have to expand the communications staff and radio frequency because it is busy and getting busier. If the county would take on these two towns it would be like nassau and suffolk county pd's they are able to handle towns and villages as well as highways it's just a matter of figuring out frequencies and such. If there is important info such as a hotline or bolo it would be able to be simalcast if needed.

It's reserve status lol Scotty if you need parts and different things for the truck the spring thaw in Allentown PA is a good place to get some of it weather it's emblems gages different equipt from that era good luck with it would love to see it in person

I know it will probably be awhile before you start to restore it but are you doing it locally or gonna send it out ? How does the motor look is it just a matter of changing fluids out and plugs and it will start or much more needed

when we got our chevy back we drained and changed the fluids and the plugs it start

if it was at kaufman's howie that place is long gone. Brookfield bought it and cleared it out when was it there in the 70"S

It looks similar to mohegans looks like a mack 505S series mack. Dont know where it went but if you go online to the mack museum you can get copies of file photos when the truck was delivered mack has alot of info on the rigs they made

Heard through the grapvine it's unconfirmed that they might throw this test out because of possible cheating on the test

this is replacing a ford/AEV there is no wheel coach in the fleet. As seth said they are all Lifeline they are great rigs speced out well the wheel coaches were garbage

I think they still have both right now awaiting a new seagrave rescue pumper don't know if they are still in service they are nice truck my department had two also awesome rigs
