thats a lot of mone? for the police dept. do they really need 2 new animal control vans? and is everythign needed in there i know a lot of it is but is it all needed? what is the fire dept budget?

up here in delhi, ny we have a mack cf that is still in service i am unsure of the year of it and it is a front line fire engine still up here. it pumps great and it looks great
