The window on the second floor is open so obviously someone is up there,and if the first floor is filled with tires which it looks like it is there has to be an alternative way that the people upstairs are using to get inside that doesn't involve them using the first floor maybe a side entrance or something .

I don't know in the pictures I see it does look like one I'd have to see one in person to determine wether or not it is one but I can agree that it's design is funny looking.

I thought that as well it looks like it can be ripped or torn very easily I don't know if I really like it I just like how it gave you some more range of motion.

It looks kinda like a back pack that's just filled up with air.One of the features that I thought was cool was that when you bent over it was flexible and allowed you almost free range of motion.I guess we'll have to wait a few years like the guy said to see what we think .

Does anybody know if the DEC still offers the Basic wildland search skills course? I was looking on the New York State Federation of Search & Rescue Teams website and I read about this class and I was wondering what the requirements were to take this class how old you have to be any pre-requisites and that sort of thing . And if they do give it are any of the counties around here offering the class anytime soon or in the near future.

That's pretty cool.Most of the new deliveries on the page for the strong arm are going to Turkey or China so I guess it must be useful in like cleanup after earthquakes maybe because it looks like it would be able to move rubble farley easy.
