This was early Weds morning 9/12 when they pulled it out from the rubble.

I don't think this will cost the Croton taxpayers a single penny.

To mark the 10 year anniversary of 9-11 I am working on a project to photograph as many 9-11 related tattoos as possible. There are some really creative ones out there. If you have one or know of someone who has one and would like to be part of this project please message me. Also if you plan on getting one in the near future I would like to take some shots as it is being done. When the project is complete I will post a link to it on EMTBravo for all to see. Some shots from the fire in Patterson this evening. It was quite a storm that came through eastern Putnam and Dutchess at the time of the fire. It took almost an hour to get from Brewster to Patterson. Got a light

Deputy Chief Billy Goldfeder of the Loveland-Symmes FD in Ohio assisted Brewster and Croton Falls firefighters with a rollover with extrication on I-84 in Brewster. Chief Goldfeder was on his way to a speaking engagement in Danbury CT when he came upon the accident.

The only thing Westchester got out of this was the traffic. This accident actually started in Pelham Manor and ended just over the line in the Bronx. It would have been interesting to see how Westchester would have handled this. WHERE: ANCIENT ORDER of HIBERNIANS (AOH) HALL 6 LAKE AVENUE DANBURY, CT 06810 WHY: Aidan Sullivan, the 9-year-old son of Tim (FDNY LT D-7, Brewster Vol. F.D.) and Colleen of Brewster N.Y., was born with “Hemi-facial Microsomia”. This is a birth defect that caused the right side of Aidan’s head and face to be underdeveloped at birth including missing his right ear. Over the past nine years, under the care of Dr. Joseph McCarthy at NYU Medical Center, Aidan has under gone numerous operations and surgical procedures to reshape his head and correct the underdevelopment of the right side of his face. The last surgery was performed on the back of Aidan’s throat to close his palate on the right side. On March 1, 2011, Aidan will have the first of three surgeries to construct an ear for the right side of his head. This includes taking rib cartilage out and “molding” it into the shape of an ear and then placing the “mold” under the skin where there should be an ear. HOW: Buy a drink, tip the bartender. Buy raffle tickets for the 50/50 and other donated items. All monies raised will go towards Aidan’s expenses that include: doctor bills not covered by insurance, travel, and other expenses associated with his care, education, and therapy sessions.
