Anybody see the new Liquid Trans submersible hydraulic pumps? We had a demo on Monday 11/01. This thing is phenominal! 1100 GPM @ 120 PSI or 2100 GPM @ 37 PSI 300' of 5 inch LDH within 1 second after the guy turned that thing on the water was at the truck. at idle the pump delivered more than enough for the deluge and 2 3" lines. The pump can be up to 200' from the power unit and lift water 180'.
-
Absolutely!!! It fits in back of a Ford F250. It will work great as long as you can get the hydraulic power unit within 90 feet of the water location. In a lot of situations, you can drive a 4x4 pickup to the water.

ALS I really wasn't necessarily faulting you, it's just that I have heard a lot of that "Professional/Volly nonsense over the years. Just making a point. Funny thing here is who's who on here I may or may not know you personally, but that's one of the great things about this site it the ability to keep relatively anonymous.
-
i AGREE THAT'S ABOUT THE BEST SHOT OF AN ECLIPSE AS i'VE EVER SEEN.
-
That's absolutely right, DMA! Vollies volunteer (we do the same but don't get paid) career FF'S get paid BUT we are all (for the most part) Professional This business of referring to Career as "professional" and vollies as anything else SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
