We've had our share of clls for highly intox tenagers. It happens all over the place, not just in Larchmont, or anty other areas where there are a bunch of well to do families. The only alcohol I consume is a glass of wine with dinner at my sister's house or a very occaisional Coors Lite with the landlord, and I don't go out after that.

Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery, Lieutenant. You are in my thoughts and Prayers.

I remember a few yars back, we had the same problem on the Harlem Line, when a diesel engine sprung a leak, and the fuel caught fire, and left a flaming trail of brush from White Plains all the way up to Croton Falls where we stopped it in the station and had it shut down. Every FD from North White to Croton Falls had calls that day.

ED, That's exactly wat it does. It grinds the surface of the rails to remove imperfections, and smoths the surface. Kind of like "cutting drums and rotors n the bake syustem in a car, but on a larger scale. I've seen it many times, having lived for many years along the Harlem line.

Actually, they were called Deputy Coordinators, with the Coordinator at the top. Now as EJS1810 stated they are known as Battalion Coordinators, each one covering a given area. As to how this was set up. I really can't answer that one. They are at major incidents to assist the Incident Commander in procuring whatever resources are needed at any time during the incident.

No, it's not just the Brass. I know a kid who is a Trooper in Connecticut, and he does take his RMP home with him.
