I have noticed in the past 2 weeks that every 30 minutes or so there is a constant noise on briarcliffs 46.26 repeater frequencies 460.1125 that lasts about a minute or two has anybody else noticed this and does anyone know why or what this is for

have not heard the noise in the past week has this problem been fixed?

on my trunked scanner on north zone 470.5750 and south zone 476.2375 there is a constant noise it kinda sounds like a diesel truck running is this just testing or have i programed it wrong i have a bearcat bc898t trunked scanner

I was wondering if anyone has a list of the firehouse locations in nyc. I have a hobby of taking pictures of fire houses and would just like to know what streets the fire houses are on in nyc so it is easier for me to find them then just wondering around the city

I was wondering how this works lets say they tone out for an fd on 46.26 and it is simucasted on 33.96 will both the 33.96 and the 46.26 pager go off at the same time if it has the same tones ( some fd's get toned out on both 46.26 and 33.96)

now lets say i have a uhf pager with yorktowns repeater freq on it with millwoods tones programed on it will it tone off when millwood gets paged out or will it not tone off because that is a repeater freq.

Is there a reason why there is only a repeater on 33.96 for millwood and not one of 46.26

is there a reason why we get paged out the same time on 33.96 and 46.26 and once again on 33.96

I AM LOOKING FOR THE BEST REPEATER FREQUENCY FOR 46.26 AND 33.96 that will come in clear I guess what i am looking for is the strongest signal for both 33.96 and 46.26
