Hey munz, I am in North Carolina...can you give an update? Heard it went to 5 alarms at this time...Empress is doing a recall!

It was a Cardiac Arrest!!!! The PCR is on the wall of the office, but I never did care to see where it was or who was on it!!!!

Hey did they get a picture of me??? I was standing next to Chief Kiernan next to 71. BTW a mechanic was called in to check on 71, unknown mechanical (note they did get it down).

No offense to the Greenburgh Fire Companies but I think it is overkill when they dispatch you guys and all the Yonkers Emerg. Svs. to the highway accidents. Lately it seems as though it is getting to be a trend...let's just hope that no one gets hurt.

Uh, we work well with some of the places we go mutual aid to, others we just fight with.

Hey guys, it snowed...it was no fun to work in. Who am I kidding, we had a ball!!!!!! We even gave a patient a sled ride to the ambulance, right 801.
-
Doesn't EMT stand for Enforcement of Motorized Traffic ??????
-
Mutual aid is good, when the agency receiving the m/a respects the other agency and their personnel and knows when to utilize such and how.

The NHC Public Safety Communications Center is currently accepting applications to be a 911 Telecommunicator. They are also looking for Paramedics. New Hanover County is on the Southeast corner of North Carolina and is about as large as Westchester, however fire/ems is all county run. Paramedics sho want to sit on the beach during their lunch breaks, this is the job for you. Comm. Specs. who want a state of the art environment this is the job for you.

It wasn't that kid hunt was it???? Maybe he changed his name!!!!

Ossining does have a tac unit, I believe there are two or three medics that work through the VAC with the Police on tactical situations...6th man in...Eastchester uses an EVAC medic...and the empress team is currently not trained for tactical situations...they still sit around the corner if they even know about it...735

County Policy dating back to the late 1800's dictates that they are only permissed to grad one civil service test every 4 hours. Not just fire tests are in that pool...even clerical workers tests. So they put importance factors on each exam and then grade them. So you can wait a long time ya' know.

Yeah Rob, that would be a good idea, however holding it in Peekskill is not IDEAL...How about the "Thirsty Turtle" in White Plains! Reason 1: Bar, not restaurant. Reason 2: Centrally located. Reason 3: White Plains...WOMEN!

BTW: Hey Murray, did your dad ever cement your room?
-
My name is, oh yeah, probably only 635 knows that...I am an EMT and I don't take people to the hospital, unless I really have to. By the way, don't try to keep up, you might get hurt...But Good job Seth and good luck...hopefully someone will learn something, maybe.

Listen x635 you don't even live in Westchester No MORE, go get your own drive through DD... And no one is better than YONKERS no matter what you think!
