Have stressed the same arguments for a long time, But it seems some fire service instuctors are still using the argument that the FOG is good for protection against rollover and flashover (sigh). But in training and real fires my firefighters are seeing the benefit and the smoothbore is pulled 99% of the time for structure fires.As I say it is just another tool in the engine companies toolbox.
