Date: 06-10-07 Time: 1418hrs Location: Long Island Sound X Execution Rock Frequency: Units Operating: New Rochelle Marine 1, Nassau County Marine 20 Description Of Incident: Report of an overturned boat with (2) people in water. Writer: Truck4 1417hrs- Civilian boater rpts over Marine Radio Ch. 16 of an overturned boat with people in the water. 1418hrs- Glen Cove Harbormaster, New Rochelle PD, Nassau County enroute. 1428hrs- NYPD Harbor George, Harbor O.S., Aviation 14, SCUBA Launch 8 all enroute. 1429hrs- All people reported out of the water. 1434hrs- Nassau Police cancelling NYC resources. Rye PD enroute, Mamaroneck PD was enroute, now handling a boat fire near the gas dock at Harbor Island. 1438hrs- Nassau PD with (1) removed from the water with CPR in progress, going into Hempstead Harbor. Nassau County PD Aviation enroute to Hempstead. 1439hrs- Victims reporting vessel was struck by a tug and barge. Units report boat debris near the 23 marker. 1500hrs- Nassau PD rpts (3) aided from a 24-foot cabin cruiser. (1) with CPR in progress, going by ground. Aviation on scene, but cancelled by EMS.

Date: 06-06-07 Time: 1340hrs Location: Central Ave X Tuckahoe Road Units Operating: YPD 1st PCT, 4th PCT, YPD School Resource Officers Description Of Incident: Large groups of youths from Roosevelt High School involved in fights along Central Ave Writer: Truck4 1340hrs- Large fight in front of La Bella Pizza, northbound CPA. 1400hrs- School P.O. reporting a large fight on the football field. 1410hrs- Group of females invloved in a fight in front of the Post Office with (1) arrest. 1415hrs- R/C 100 (LT) rpts approx. 100 students along Tuckahoe Road waiting for buses with sporadic fights breaking out. Rpts school dismissed this first group of students, many of which were previously expelled or suspended. 1429hrs- R/C 100 rpts an additional 300-500 students about to be dismissed from school. 4th PCT units being assigned to follow school buses from Roosevelt to drop off in Getty Square. 1435hrs- YPD mobilizing 4th PCT and School Officers to Getty Square for anticipated disturbances.
