Writer: Truck4 (O/S) 0015hrs- Req. WCPD to shut down the exit ramp from the Hutch. Exposure #1- Street Exposure #2- 2.5 frame P/D. Exposure #3- Rear Yard/driveway Exposure #4- 3-story frame (simialr) 0020hrs- Co's setting up TL-3 in front. L-2 setting up in rear on Hillside Ave. 0025hrs- All co's are removed from building. (3) L/S/O, TL-3 going in service. 0045hrs- Fire through the roof. 0120hrs- MVFD TL-4 in service, responding to scene. B-1 req. enter from Warwick. 0130hrs- Still have fire on the 3rd floor. Collapse of the roof. (1) Tower Ladder, (2) handlines in operation. Extended op's. 0145hrs- Still have fire on the 2nd floor and pockets of fire on the 3rd floor. 0210hrs- Shutting down exterior op's. Co's taking lines back inside. 0256hrs- B-1 rpts fire darkening down. Co's hitting pockets of fire from the interior.

Multiple occupants removed by ground ladders. (Northwest) Departments: BCityFD, BCountyFD Description: Truck 27 imvolved in an MVA with a civilain SUV while enroute to a possible structure fire. (2) civilians pinned, (3) total transported and pronounced at the hospital. (4) firefighters transported to Baltimore Shock Trauma with non-life threatening injuries. M/A Baltimore County FD (Pikesville) Rescue Squad to scene, which is the closest heavy rescue to the crash site. Original call was found to be food on the stove. Somerville PD rescued numerous civilians prior to SFD arrival. Witnesses reported hearing an explosion of some sort prior to the fire. Partial collapse of the structure in the rear. Water pressure problems reported. ATT no casualties reported.
