Truck struck a tree and a utility pole, sheering the box apart. A transformer also fell from the pole and came in contact with the materials in the truck. Male was shocked by between 11,000 and 14,000 volts and had his clothes reportedly catch fire. Units had to wait for Metro North to cut the power before making patient contact.
