Units Operating: YPD 4th PCT, 3rd PCT, ESU Truck 4, Truck 2 Description Of Incident: PD reporting shots fired, victim later walked into St. Joe's. Writer: Truck4 0018hrs- Street Crime Unit reporting numerous shots being fired I/A/O Elm X St. Casimir. 0030hrs- R/C 404 has multiple shell casings at Elm X New School. 0048hrs- St. Joe's Hospital rpts a male with a gun shot wound walked into the hospital and is now attempting to flee. 0052hrs- Victim went outside St. Joe's with a group and re-entered the hospital. Units have group detained on the street. 0054hrs- ESU rpts (5) under with Street Crime reporting a firearm recovered. 0055hrs- Patrol Capt. advising all suspects opp. St. Joe's will be walked over to the Detective Division.

Writer: Truck4 1617hrs- 2nd PCT unit and ESU Truck 4 on location with (1) car on fire-unoccupied. (1) vehicle with a victim bleeding heavily from the ears and mouth. (2) Additional victims down on the roadway. 1640hrs- Empress transported (1) traumatic arrest to Lawrence and (1) ALS to WCMC.

TL-17 also assigned. Both to set up in front. (1) TL in operation (31 Truck) and Numerous Handlines.

  10. I flew back last month from Heathrow 1) Easter weekend and 2) a few days after the security breech. Trust me, it was worse. I did like the mall they have in the main terminal. I thought the posted walking times to the gates were hilarious. Some were 20-40 minutes walking time.

Writer: Truck4 2308hrs- R/C 104 on scene rpts male victim in car off roadway, across from Bank Of New York. Victim is unconcious, breathing and bleeding heavy from a head injury. 2310hrs- FD using a portable tool for the door-pop and strecthing the 3-lengths. 2316hrs- R/C 900 (Patrol Capt.) req. Detective Division, Accident Investigator due to life-threatening injuries. 2325hrs- Empress transporting (1) to Lawrence Hospital in traumatic arrest with PD escort. 2329hrs- Empress still on scene with victim, going to either Joe's or Lawrence. 2331hrs- Victim transported to St. Joe's.

Multiple shell casings located in the street. Rounds reported to have hit several parked cars and buildings. Residents calling throughout the day reporting bullet holes into thier apartments.
