Date: 4-29-05 Time: 1030hrs Location: 21 Tamarac Ave X Long Meadow Dr. Description: Female found dead in home with witnesses claiming poss. suspect fled on foot. Writer: Truck4 1030hrs- Female arrived at sister's home to find her dead in a bedroom. Witness states male hispanic, possibly a landscaper or laborer fled scene shortly after. 1230hrs- Clarkstown PD, along with M/A departments, K-9 Unit and Rockland County Air 1 searching a wide residental area for male hispanic suspect. Clarkstown North High School is on lockdown. Crime scene set up on Tamarac Ave. 1330hrs- Clarkstown PD receiving calls for possible suspect in woods along Route 34 and Snowdrop Dr. 1423hrs- Rockland County Air 1 has a visual on possible suspect in area of Reservoir Rd. Units responding. 1440hrs- Clarkstown PD reports suspect in custody and will be taken for ID by witness.

Date: 4-28-05 Time: 1700hrs Location: Oakland Cemetary -Saw Mill River Rd. X Axminster St. Description: PCT units reporting a bag with apparant body parts, including a skull at cemetary gate. Units: YPD 4th PCT, Detective Division, Criminal Identification Unit Writer: Truck4 1800hrs- C.I.U. advising skull appears to be plastic or clay mold, other contents are unknown. Bag was found on stairs of cemetary gate on Saw Mill River Rd.

Additional calls for smoke from a 2nd floor window. 1556hrs- E-309 has smoke condition in building. B-2 reports "smells like a job." 1557hrs- B-2 req. additional Engine (308) to hit hydrant on Vineyard Ave. from Ashburton Ave. 1558hrs- B-2 Aide reports smoke from a 2nd floor window in the rear. 1559hrs- E-309 and E-306 have lines in building, advising not to charge lines, still attempting to find the fire. 1602hrs- B-2 reports fire now showing out a 2nd floor front window. 1603hrs- B-2 req. 2nd Alarm. 1610hrs- Co's rpt making good progress. Searches are (-). 1612hrs- Co's still opening up. Fire is K/D.

Units: E-191, E-192, L-25 Writer: Truck4 0123hrs- Confirming 10-75, re-tone for manpower. Co's have water and access problems. 0127hrs- CMD advising a vehicle fire in or near the mechanic's shop area on the grounds of the country club. Using all-companies and req. M/A (1) Engine and (1) Truck to stby in thier own quarters.

Units: NYSP, Rockland Technical Rescue Team, Tarrytown FD Writer: Truck4, DFFD227 (on scene with no camera) 1510hrs- NYSP responding to bridge for EDP on roadway. 1515hrs- Confirmed EDP climbing structure. Req. negotiator. Bridge being closed in both directions. 1615hrs- Situation still ongoing. Tarrytown FD E-77, 78 and L-37 to stand by in quarters. 1640hrs- Male EDP standing on top of superstructure, Westchester tower, north side. Situation remains unchanged. 1703hrs- PD have (1) EDP on the tower. In process of searching him for weapons and placing him in a harness. 1715hrs- EDP has been escorted down to roadway level.

Plane debris found in woods off King St. Frequency: Op's on 46.14 Writer: Truck4 1529hrs- Airport req. units search area of I-684 at Route 120. Lost radar contact with aircraft approx. 15 min. ago 1534hrs- Port Chester apparatus and EMS to stage at 10 New King St. at parking area. R-40 at I-684 X I-287. 1537hrs- E-14, E-62, E-60, E-240, E-288, R-30, L-31, 51B1 Car 2393, 2391 all O/S at staging. 1538hrs- All Department Chiefs to land line 60 Control. Car 2021 req. Utility to hook up to boat and stand-by in quarters. 1539hrs- Numerous PD units from multiple departments are searching area. 1541hrs- Car 2021 is incident command until poss. downed plane is located. 1545hrs- WC B-15 responding. Car 2021 req. boat respond to lake. 1549hrs- WCDES Car 2 responding. Op's going to 46.14. 1551hrs- WCPD has designated the JNC as staging for PD. Air-1 personell enroute. 1555hrs- PD reports no witnesses to any incident at this time. Units, including 2021, have some type of unknown debris in Rye Lake. North Castle PD deploying boat and dive team to investigate. 1557hrs- Car 2022 reports all units respond to MBIA building. Units have plane on fire in woods. MBIA is at 113 King St., Armonk. 1601hrs- WCPD being notified of the plane's location. WCPD C-1 on location rpts just west of highway in woods at rear of 113 King St. 1608hrs- Car 2021 req. Route 120 shut from Airport to Route 22. Units advising plane is fairly deep into woods. 1630hrs- WC Field Comm O/S. 1637hrs- IC reports holding E-60, E-62, E-288, E-240. All other units to go 10-8 when ready. 1640hrs- WCPD, WC Airport have command post activated at JNC. Unconfirmed report of (2) DOA's in plane. Airport operations supervisor enroute to JNC. 1654hrs- Banksville R-7 req. to scene (113 King St.) for lighting.

E-310 designated FAST. 2035hrs- TL-71 rpts fire appears to be K/D, still opening up apartment. B-1 rpts occupants of apartment are on the street and accounted for.

M/A West Point and Fort Montgomery to scene. 1655hrs- M/A Vails Gate to scene for FAST. 1657hrs- M/A Cornwall On Hudson TL and Cornwall Engine to cover Highland Falls. 1705hrs- CMD has heavy fire all floors of 2.5-story frame P/D. 1710hrs- All members evacuated from building and accounted for. All occupants also reported to be out and accounted for. 1712hrs- Cover companies moved up to fire scene. 1714hrs- M/A to cover from Woodbury, New Windsor and Monroe. Numerous H/L's in operation.

News 12 was going to incorporate Putnam into the Hudson Valley deal originally, with a hub opening in Putnam. That changed and there will not be a Putnam hub. The Yorktown crew will continue to cover the southern end for now. The launch date for the whole thing was supposed to be May 5th, but was pushed back to June 14th.
