  8. -The Raceway has security, not thier own PD. -The garage is supposed to be demolished over the next few months. -The casino, at this point, is supposed to be a State Police post. It is not yet known the exact role, if any, the YPD will play in it.

Description Of Incident: 2nd PCT Auto-Theft units observed suspects breaking into vehicles that were picked up by a stolen car. Vehicle fled down Kimball Ave chased by numerous units and struck a YPD car at Nevada Pl. Suspects crashed at 233rd St. and were caught after a brief foot pursuit. FD req. for smoking vehicle. City Hall and Police HQ Frequency: Units Operating: YPD ESU Truck 3, Truck 2, Truck 4, 850 (ESU Lt.), Car 5 (ESU Capt.); 4th PCT, Empress. Description Of Incident: EDP climbed up on the bridge railing over the roadway while a press conference was going on nearby. Writer: Truck4 0005hrs- Numerous calls for fire in a dwelling with reports of possible jumpers down. 0006hrs- MVPD on scene with at least (1) confirmed jumper in the rear yard. Heavy fire showing. 0008hrs- 2nd Alarm (10-36). Req. additional EMS to scene. Empress units enroute from Yonkers. 0014hrs- 3rd Alarm. Fire on all floors. Setting up Tower Ladder 1 on 10th and L-3 on 2nd. 0022hrs- All members have been removed from building and tower ladders are in operation. M/A to cover. 0050hrs- Exterior op's are shut down. Co's moving back in. (2) Engines and (1) Truck M/A in service for cover. 0105hrs- Co's pulled back out of building and going back to tower ladders. CMD confirming (5) injured civilains transported to MV Hospital. 0122hrs- Co's again re-entering building.

ESU set up a rope operation from floor above to reach victim. After intial assessment by ESU, officers brought an Empress Paramedic down shaft for pronouncement. On the 10-75: E-60, L-42 FAST, B-3; S/C Tower Ladder 31. 1511hrs- Companies advising building has numerous holes in floors and walls. 1513hrs- B-26 rpts All-Hands on Arrival and S/C a 2nd Tower Ladder 44. 1514hrs- 2nd Alarm, co's setting up Tower Ladder 31 in front. 2nd Alarm: Engine 71, 83, 46, 42; Bn 14, 18; RAC 3, Field Comm, E-324/Sat-4, Rescue B/C, Tac-2, Safety B/C. 1520hrs- Div. 6 rpts exterior op's only. Fire in a 2 to 3 story frame vacant. S/C additional Tower Ladder 17. 1525hrs- Collapse zone being set up. Partial collapse of front section of building on E.163 St. Directing TL-44 to set up in rear with feed from E-92. 1528hrs- 3-1/2 story 200x75 fire top 2 floors 2 T/L's set up and operating 3rd being set up. Exterior attack as per Div 6. 1530hrs- (2) Tower Ladders in operation. Heavy fire through the roof. D/W/H. Partial collapse Exposure 2 side. 1544hrs- Car 10A (Bronx Borough Commander) rpts (2) Tower Ladders, (1) Multi-Versal, (1) handline in front; (1) Tower Ladder and (1) handline in op in rear. Top floors have collapsed into floors below. Co's making progress, fire darkening down. 1621hrs- P/W/H. 1728hrs- U/C. 1812hrs- S/C E-64, TL-33, B/C 14 for relief.

Date: 11-2-05 Time: 0500hrs Location: Bryant Ave Frequency: Units Operating: White Plains Police, F.B.I., U.S. Marshalls, Yonkers Police, Norfolk, VA Police Description Of Incident: Suspect wanted for murder of Norfolk, VA Police Officer caught in a home in White Plains. Suspect was apprehended just hours before Officer's funeral. Writer: Truck4 0430hrs- Numerous officers from above agencies simultaneously hit (7) locations- (5) in Yonkers, after leads put fugitive in Yonkers area over the last 2-3 days. Yonkers E.S.U. hit a location near Cedar Pl. School as White Plains hit the Bryant Ave address. Also recovered were the possible murder weapon and deceased P.O.'s gun at his girlfriend's home.
