to my friday night partner and my friend i will miss you. the calls we have done together and picking on me cause of my snoring. i have known u since i was a little kid hanging out at wicks firestation. it has been a pleasure knowing such a nice man and always making me laugh. you will be missed. my condolences go out to richs family and his girlfriend. you were a great guy....... your friend chuckles.....

yes there will be candy as the parade is going around the neighborhood they trick or treat at local houses and also cider and candy at firehouse

chelsea is also doing a halloween parade friday night starting at 6pm at our liberty st station
