I agree..Minitor II's were the best. I have a 5 now and its nice because on every other pager i had i never had the repeater and the battery last along time but what sucks is when the batt dies and you have no charger ewhereever you are you can put reg batteries in it!

IS it that hard to be an adult. In my col. firehouser where i used to be active in before i moved and joined another we had a alcohol in the fire house. we had social fuctions and we had thoses late night friday and saturday night calls. When we got to the bays to respond the people who had even one! would say not driveing and noone would lie i watched a guy just crack a beer take one sip and the tones went off and he would not drive the truck and we waited another3 min for someone else to show up who could drive. it was never a problem not even after parades, wetdowns , partys. Just be an adult be responsible and don't get in a firetruck if you even had a sip. Grow up

i agree 100%. Yea the vol vs. paid is stupid argument but we all have the right to our own thoughts and have the right to express them through this fourm. Maybe if we all get it out of our system then maybe it wont happen as much:)

Seth, This site is one of the most usefull Info Exchange sites around. Thanks for running a great site. To the members of EMT Bravo, Not all of you but some need to grow up. Use this site as a resource. I feel like I can come on here and ask about anything and i will get a response to it. And in most cases learn from the response. We are all in the same boat, paid or vol. we all provide a service and we all would like to do it better. None of us are perfect nor do any of us know everything there is to know about fire or police or ems. Theres always something to learn. Use this site as a tool. If something is worth debating....go for it, just don't get personal. my opinion

parts for min II are discontinued.....we have bought new pagers to replace onres that cannot be fixed.................also, it may be the way the page hits off a repeator
