Regional EMS arrived to find a 2 car MVA 1 car split in half, with entrapment and 1 fatality Cmd Req. medevac t/s. Vails Gate Cmd. reports landing zone at Vails Gate St. 1 New Windsor PD reporting fatality, request on call detectives to the scene for accident reconstruction Lifeguard 18 e/r Cmd confirms entrapment. Rt 300 shut down. Cmd request a 2nd medevac to the scene. 1 Pt extricated e/r to L/Z, Lifeguard landing Life Net Air 2 e/r same L/Z Lifeguard E/R to St Francis with 1 for mechanism and shock (mother of child) Fairview FD (Dutchess) dispatched to St Francis for landing Air 2 arriving 2nd pt extricated e/r to l/z PD reports 1 detective riding along on Air 2 Air 2 e/r to Westchester Med, 1 pt. 1 passenger PD request add'l units to close side streets onto Rt 300 to prevent anyone from getting to the scene.

He is from North Highlands FD in the town of Philipstown. Looks like this guy is going to the big house for sure this time.

This is a true story, that's why they have been playing all those stupid commercials. I must say that was a good marketing ploy.

I did a bungee baby once. I went to a low income apt and the mother stood up when she was about to deliver and here goes the baby bounced right off the floor still attached.
