The address was 12 Hudson Dr off of River Rd N. It was part of an ongoing neighbor dispute. They were arguing and one guy jumped into his truck and was intentional struck by the neighbor. Their were no injuries and 1 person was arrested

And I can only hear Putnam east side sometimes and I'm 10 miles away from Putnam County west side That is bridge and sanitation workers in NYC I hear it all the time driveing on Rt 9 by Spackenkill Rd and sometimes by Dutchess Stadium on Rt 9D

Even if all the counties in NY went from individual to county wide, the course of action would take 10 - 15 years or more by the time you got done with all the litigation that would be involved.
