Who is going to enforce it? Where is the funding coming from to monitor it? People will just make up fake accounts with some other name. I think lawmakers should focus on the real issues not BS like this. Bottom line is if you violated the law to the point where law enforcement has to get involved they WILL FIND YOU!

Another good example happened Monday night in the town of LaGrange where a home invasion took place. A trooper ended up killing a perp that attacked him and 4 others were later captured. Although no word has been released why these outstanding citizens picked this house, comments made by neighbors that "there was always lots of visitors late at night and early in the morning" makes you wounder if this was a drug house. This is only 1 example in Dutchess County but many less visible ones happen daily. The days of peaceful towns in southern NY have disappeared. All I can say is always keep your eyes & ears open and watch because your neighbor may not be such a nice guy after all.

FYI the village of Wappingers Falls PD had a K-9 capture of one of the perps (never mentioned in any story) I'm sure a lot more charges will come out further into the investigation as units are still on the scene. I certanly hope FAT Albert dosn't show up!

Regardless of who does it, you have to worry about responders getting back injuries or other types of injuries. So safety first, lift with your legs, not your back.

For all we back seat drivers know, these guys could be volunteer firefighters on thier off time and have a clue about what they are doing. If the chief asked them to help, ok. I have also seen LEO's get in the way too, just like firefighters may do at an accident or other call.
