I hope that they do not have these vendors at Mount Kisco's parade on Friday, however, if it is like past years then they will be there. I see them more often then one would think. I would see several a day when I was working in the Bronx. I would see about 10-15 cars lights and sirens just circling around Fordham Plaza.
