This was a double housing for both the William Penn fire company and the Altamont fire company in Schuylkill County,Pa.. The event started at the William Penn firehouse in Shenandoah with a housing of the 1989 Spartan/Ward, then a parade traveled down into Frackville to Altamont's firehouse for there housing of a 1987 Hahn pumper.
