  1. I would interpret from your post that you feel some fire police are not adequately prepared to fulfill the requirements of their job . Is this a fair conclusion ? If so, would you please specify the shortcomings that you perceive, before I respond, so I know what your observations are ? Thanks FD12786 Fire Police for 12+ years
