This sunday Oct 27th is the 2nd annual Tyler Rush Car and Truck show. The show will be held at the same location as last year which is 570 Taxter Road. 50/50s and t shirts will be available for sale. Fire trucks of all years and makes as well as cars of all years and makes accepted. All proceeds go directly to the Tyler Rush Memorial Scholarship Fund. Registration begins at 0800.

I would like to personally thank all the first responders for the quick and professional response as the fire was in my girlfriends house. So thank you to the brothers and sisters in VMFD MEMS and LVAC

Dobbs Ferry VAC does 6am-6pm and then any nights not covered by volunteers which is a 9pm-6am shift and there independently hired

Last I heard Ladder 37 did order a new truck I heard they went with Smeal hopefully someone from Tarrytown can confirm this

Dobbs Ferry is sending Engine 47,48,49 Tower Ladder 23 and Utility 24

Dobbs Ferry PD dispatched the fire then evacuated the building all 911 and regular calls were turned over to a surrounding department.

Its now being reported that 2 of the 4 Firefighters have passed away. RIP brothers

From what it sounded like to me they went defensive right away i could be wrong tho but they had heavy fire through out the building and thru the roof on arrival,
