No matter what really happened this incident now gives a black eye to all that do their job's correctly because as the saying goes " When you are good no one cares But when you are Bad everyone cares" Myself I will wait until all the facts come out before passing Judgment.

On the many accident's that I have been on I95 we always let the fire department do there work & only if asked to help with our equipment then we do other then that we get to the scene & wait for the fire department & ems to finish their jobs & then we move in & do our jobs

I287 is under the Thruway for any kind of accident as such you would be getting a Thruway wrecker to work with if it is a passenger car then you would be dealing with Hannigans (514) out of Port Chester & if it is a commercial Vehicle then you would have Vincent,s (505) out of Mamaroneck to work with as for I684 you would be using whoever SP Somers has on the list they use for duty towing

Does anyone what happened to NR PD used to be able hear them all the time on 155.13 now I really do not hear much anymore did they switch to a new frequency? having repeater problems? anyone Thanks for all help Glenn

As for the refrigerated food it is the responsibility of the garage where the trailer is being held for the Police Agency that had it impounded in the past we knew to @ a certain time of the night or day during the weekends to check the diesel fuel in the trailers tank & refill as needed as for the paving machine most garages that are able to handle a machine of that type have or are able to use a lowboy (Very large flatbed ) anything can be towed big or small even boats that manage to get lost on the highway Glenn

The patrol's would most likly be from SP Hawthorne as SP Tarrytown & SP New Rochelle are Thruway Patrol's & yes the Thruway likes to get the road open ASAP as for Hawthorne I have never had any interaction with any of there patrol's Glenn Klein

I am not sure of the street name but the quarry is very close to the Jewish center on the same side it is on the right going down toward the crestwood station if the street name comes back in to my head i will post it Glenn
