My dad had a model train set but some of the equipment broke.

Rye does not have seperate collection days for plastic and paper recycling, they are both collected at the same time once a week (depending on where you live on one of your garbage collection days).

No problem with this at my house. I always separate the paper from the plastics.

This sounds like a great way to encourage more members to post more frequently by giving them something to look forward to, and lowering the required number of posts was also a good idea.

The driver of the SUV clearly failled to wait for the tower ladder to pass. I think that the chauffeur did a good job in avioding the SUV. If there had been a collision then the driver of the SUV should have been ticketed for failling to yeild to an emergency vechicle

I also agree that it should be a part of regular training, esspecially if a major water main break occurs in your town and you need to set up a spot as a draft site for filling up engines and possiblly tankers if your chief called for them.
