can any one tell me what continentle village runs as far as trucks,chiefscars and antiques go . i do know that on a photo hunt they got alot of pictures, but i do know their is alot more than that. also, who tone them out westchester or putnam?thanx, for any info.

to any or if you were a fireman in a rural area, what type of tanker would you prefer to run eliptical, wetside(squareboxstyle) or pumper/tanker. what type of chassis would it be, custom or commercial and what type would that be?

does anyone know what port chester engine 16 is, and do they still have or operate it as an in service vehicle?

saw the howells truck today in middletowns parade, looks pretty cool. just to let you guys on a little secret, im friends with the ex-chief and he told me that when the truck committee went to look at the truck at the factory, the shade of red was off from what they had originally spected out so, they worked out a deal and said when they re-painted the red to re-paint the white top black and then sent the other two trucks out to be painted to match the new truck. they have four trucks 2 engines both pierces, one has been re-painted, a ford/danko utility/brush, that has been re-painted, and the tanker spartan/crimson. the one newer pierce pumper has not been re-painted yet because they did not want to take 2 engines out of service at one time.

does anyone know of what archville f.d. runs as apparatus i know of a '93 pierce pumper and an'82 hahn pumper but don't know of any chiefs cars or antiques that they may have, if anyone can help me, i would appreciate it. thanx,steve

I do know that greenville (orange county) has a big one like what are on the web pages we just saw, sorry they don't have a web site no pictures, also west point has a huge roll off body brush truck, international 6x6, it is very impressive. Hope that helps!

Thanks, for the info. guys but, what about antiques, i am not talking about ones that members own but, ones that the district or companys own. And another thing, is rye brook affiliated with port chester or are they on their own (rye brook).

I don't know if anyone can help me, but when i came to emtbravo on the 15th i went to x635's past week in photos and saw something that confused me, i saw 2 things: 1,somers MA13, i thought that that was suposed to be gotten rid of a while back. and 2,what was that one older tahoe/yukon sittin' between their fly car and MA13 in that one photo i have never seen that car before. please tell me what they use it for. Also,please tell me of what any vehicles somers has thats not posted on their website, i would REALLY like to know. i really like westchester county apparatus and try to keep track of what everyone has as far as trucks go. thanx,steve
