  2. It's all going to come down to weight on the floor, or the Village repairing the floor. But that is unlikely to happen, because the FD and PD would need to be relocated during this and there's really no room in Dobbs Ferry to do so, and the Village doesn't want to spend the money. So most likely, the most length they can get at the least weight will win.
