Is this the Death list your talking about http://www.snopes.com/politics/clintons/bodycount.asp I am a McCain supporter, but I just wish people stop buying into every thing they read in an email or article by unkown sources. Just becasue there are tons of websites that post a death list does not mean it is true.

As far as I know no union ever polls there members, the same as newspapers when that pick there candidate they do not poll there readers to pick whom they are picking. The IAFF picks who they think there members will benefit from. It has nothing to do how American they feel the person is. It does not matter if the person was in the Military, just because you where in the Armed Services does not mean you are a good or even a decent leader. I think the bigger issue is that some people are using Obama’s inexperience as an excuse not to vote for him, when the real reason is the color of his skin.

Amen to that

Retirement plans compared... If you had purchased $1000.00 of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. With Enron, you would have $16.50 left of the original $1000. With WorldCom, you would have less than $5.00 left. If you had purchased $1000.00 of Delta Airlines stock you would have $49.00 left. If you had purchased United Airlines, you would have nothing left. But, if you had purchased $1000.00 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the cans for recycling, you would have $214. Based on the above, the best current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle. This is called the 401-Keg Plan.

Ice and snow are harmful to our apparatus and so is road salt, so lets ban those too. The rock kicking up off the road hitting the windshield of my engine has done more damage then silly string could ever do, and guess what that rock hitting my windshield happens way more then someone spraying silly string on my rig. Maybe we should just ban parades instead of making the do not list at parades longer.

They added beer to there menu now not sure how much they charge must be like $8 a cup considering a 20 oz water is 2.50. As far as parking goes they seem to be focusing more on public transportion and not having people drive in and park then anything else even employee parking is bad. When I worked afternoons i had to arrive 45 mins before start time to get a spot sometimes

These are not major upgrades; they are convenience upgrades and nothing more. Here is the article http://www.lohud.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2008806290366 The airport as Chris192 mentioned has no more room really to build with the NIMBY mentality from the Mansion people.

Without giving away to much info (such as surprises) it is an MCI in the Hudson off Kingsland Point Park, We have about 7-10 agencies that are involved in response. I think this will be a great drill that will bring many different resources together and test all our capabilities. We also have some very interesting injects we may use. The press and Nita Lowey’s office are also expected to be on hand.
-
July 19th Sleepy Hollow Fire Dept. is hosting it.

Some of you may of read these before but just in case here it is again You could have heard a pin drop When in England , at a fairly large conference, Colin Powell was asked by the Archbishop of Canterbury if our plans for Iraq were just an example of empire building' by George Bush. He answered by saying, 'Over the years, the United States has sent many of its fine young men and women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return is enough to bury those that did not return.' You could have heard a pin drop. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers were taking part, including French and American. During a break, one of theFrench engineers came back into the room saying 'Have you heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft carrier to Indonesia to help the tsunami victims. What does he intended to do, bomb them?' A Boeing engineer stood up and replied quietly: 'Our carriers have three hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are nuclear powered and can supply emergency electrica l power to shore facilities; they have three cafeterias with the capacity to feed 3,000 people three meals a day, they can produce several thousand gallons of fresh water from sea water each day, and they carry half a dozen helicopters for use in transporting victims and injured to and from their flight deck. We have eleven such ships; how many does France have?' You could have heard a pin drop. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a naval conference that included Admirals from the U.S , English, Canadian, Australian and French Navies. At a cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a large group of Officers that included personnel from most of those countries. Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a French admiral suddenly complained that, whereas Europeans learn many languages, Americans learn only English.' He then asked, 'Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?' Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied 'Maybe it's because the Brits, Canadians, Aussies and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't have to speak German.' You could have heard a pin drop. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AND THIS STORY FITS RIGHT IN WITH THE ABOVE... Robert Whiting, an elderly gentleman of 83, arrived in Paris by plane. At French Customs, he took a few minutes to locate his passport in his carry on. 'You have been to France before, monsieur?' the customs officer aske sarcastically. Mr. Whiting admitted that he had been to France previously Then you should know enough to have your passport ready.' The American said, "'The last time I was here, I didn't have to show it. "Impossible. Americans always have to show your passports on arrival in France !' The American senior gave the Frenchman a long hard look. Then he quietly explained, "'Well, when I came ashore at Omaha Beach on D-Day in 1944 to help liberate this country, I couldn't find a single Frenchmen to show a passport to.' You could have heard a pin drop.

There is no Constitutional issue here, Working for the TSA we can and have removed wigs and other headware, we offer privatre screening or its done right there on the floor. Of course the passenger can refuse but guess what they aint gettin on the flight. So there is no problem I am sure with police having a wig removed, picture taken I am sure is done in private or can be arranged to be done one on one with a witness as we do it. This sounds like as mentioned in a few post the bad guy trying to turn this around.

Of course please send it to everyone you know

This is 100 percent true. First off the knife looks like it is going stright in and appears not to be in the pt that much,. So it is safe to say that there is no spinal injury even if there is like stated above not much we can do. Also since the knife does not appear to be in that far chances are likely that the lung was not hit. also if its is hit keeping the knife in place is doing more good there then pulling it out. Also if the lung was hit you most likely see nice frothy blood. As far as calling in the bird I think you will do more damage then good the vibrtations from the chopper alone will have that knife moving like a tuneing fork. I use to get stabings like this all the time back in the day its really no big deal.
