Well its nice to know somebody was in my shoes at some point in time, the 24 pieces of rope should help for my 5 hr trip this weekend, i just gotta figure out the right way now

Thanks, at rope drills and what not I've had lots of trouble with knots, and was wondering what I can do so that I'll be able to pass by the time i get to ff1
greenwich career staff has "groups" for the crew of guys who work a shift townwide. the past 5 tours they have a had a working fire. intresting isn't it? i guess things don't come in groups of 3
i heard the next fdny test is in the fall 0f 2006, i checked online and noticed something about, a promotion exam, which is for emts getting permoted to firefighters. For those of you out there who went through the system and know the deal, whats the best way to sign up to take the test, and get "the book" to study. thanks. tim
Greenwich , CT has : Glenville Vol Fire Company has a - 1960's maxim pumper Sound Beach Vol Fire Dept- 1930's segrave pumper Cos Cob CT- 1930's? Mack (B?) Model Pumper Cos Cob, Sound Beach, and Round Hill also had some old trucks which are restored and are around. Cos Cob's segrave is in Cailifornia, Sound Beaches Patrol is in Westport, CT i believe and Round Hill's is in Shelton CT.
cpr mask, gloves, mechanic(extrication/rope gloves) , f gloves and glasses that i stole from my hs shop class , thats it how often do i use all this stuff, pretty much never the mechanic gloves and the glasses, almost every drill thats about it
