Nope, it's official. This rivals that storms in terms of the pressure system. Edit: this is supposed to be a separate reply but it keeps combining them into my response to you (Helicopper) According to the latest models, the storm is speeding up, the 60 mph sustained winds that were projected aren't going to happen and landfall will hit very southern NJ around 5 pm. The strongest part of the storm will be between 5 pm and 8 pm.

Fairfield has ordered a Mandatory Evacuation of the beach area starting at 12 pm tomorrow (Sunday). There will be an Emergency Shelter setup at Ludlowe High School and is pet friendly.

After I went to the Somers FD Open House, I took a ride down to Croton to check theirs out. In this batch we have Tower Ladder 44 with the flag flying off of it from a distance, a wide shot of the Harmon House.

It's 2083 from what I saw on the plate. 2081 and 2082 are both Expeditions.

Here we have the flag being flown from TL-44, Engine 120 turning up the block during 1 of its rides, a wide angle of the road with 120 leaving and 119 arriving, Engine 118 from the front and side, and Car 2082 from the side and front.

Here we have 55 B2, the recruitment table inside the fire house, some helmets, 55 B1 from the side and rear, and Tower Ladder 44 from the rear

Here we have a pair of gamewell alarms, a live burn using a fire extinguisher (this was part of the demonstration), a trailer full of memorabilia, car 2081 and Engine 119 loading up for another ride.

In this batch we have Rescue 18 along with a look inside of some of the compartments as well as a demonstration. There is also a Hose Cart from 1908 and turnout gear that was worn from 1940-1950.

In this batch we have a giant inflatable fire truck slide for kids to go down, Tanker 10, Engine 119 and Engine 120 each of which are lined up to give kids free rides in the trucks. They would go up the block and then back down with lights and sirens. They also had 5 stations in which kids learned different fire safety techniques (i.e. stop drop and roll)

The further south it hits, the less impact it will have on us. We can only hope the European model is correct, which has it making landfall further south. Otherwise the estimated path for landfall is between Yonkers and Jersey
