I used to love the 2005 and up chargers, not liking the new ones, dont have that "Bad a**" look they used to IMO. The rear like said before is a dead ringer for a Challenger, should of kept it on the Challenger, 2011 doesnt seam to promising for cars, Crown Vics and Chargers just died.

Federal restrictions isnt the words i should of choosen, more along the line of gov. facilities, capital hill, state house, state capitals, etc.

Now does being a police officer overide the fact you canty bring guns on private property? I think i read if a off duty police officer has his/her badge they can carry their gun pretty much anywhere, with federal restrictions? Not positive on this one.

SOuthland is my favorite cop show of all time id have to say, but the chicago code is one thats starting to grow, justified, your guranteed a shooting almost every episode.

Hey everybody, Dont think ive already posted here and didnt see any previous posts so here goes. My name is Ian Haggerty, im currently finishing up my Junior year of electrical highschool in Mass. Ive been on this fourm for a while, being a large FDNY buff, and buff of pretty much all agencies small and large. Finally turning 16 im able to join the local Vol. FDs, tomorrow will be my first meeting for a FD a few towns away. Not sure what my lifes plan is, probably follow my fathers footsteps into Law Enforcement or who knows what this world will bring in my future. All in all i have a large intrest in anything police or fire related, and like to learn as much as i can. So far this has been a great forum to be part of and i enjoy the different things posted here. -Ian.

I also find it to be a realistic police show, and so my father, 25 years on the job. Its also my favorite tv show in the past few years. There is a Southland FB page where it shows a picture of Sammy back on patrol.

One of the females said "it can be very intimidating being in a class of 40 men and being the only female", not being rude but does she think there is an all femlae firehouse waitng for her? IMO the academy is the least of her worries.

The kids at my highschool bring the Four Loko to school in open arizonia cans and sell it to other students. Its a great plan, the admin has no clue whats going on, being straight edge and not drinking i havent tried Four Loko, but from my more "experienced" friends they say its one of the best drinks they have had, for the price of what they are getting. The best part is the 4 kids that went off the road after drinking cans of it before heading to school. Yippea Ki Yay! wasted before A block what a record.

Id say it depends on the age group. If its for say 60's+ the wii, it has alot of interactive games, and my grandparents and some friends grandparents love the wii. For everyone else its a toss up between PS3 and XBOX360, id say it depends on what most of the users friends have, so they can play online together, thats how i determined which system i was getting. Also XBOX sames to keep the same system and upgrade it, unlike Ps systems, on the PS3 you can only play PS3 games no PS2 games, and the XBOX system has kept the current model the 360 for id say 10 years or so, the PS2 lasted about 6-7. So as soon as the PS3 came out you couldnt get new games anymore. But again i say it comes down to age, and then what the users friends have.

Wow 167 cops? Thats a great deal more than Fd, when the layoffs happen up near me the numbers are much closer in people laid off wise, still unfornatue. Any idea whats happening to truck 1's rig? Its an 08 ALF so its going to someone else, any idea who?

Being from the boston area i saw this on the news stations, the person that took the video looked like a scum bag in my opinion, BPD was called and in their report the suspect was hit in the face when he ran into a poll trying to get away from the crew of 26. One little stupid a** incident like this and everyone foregets what firemen do on a daily besis, or all that praise when tragedy strikes is instantly gone, good thing another upstanding citizen of boston was there to throw them under the bus. Like was said multiple times, no one knows what a helmet means to a FF. As far as im concernead the kid got off easy.

Facebook has had limited acess to me all day, tried it first thing this morning in school and as of 19:24.

All great houses, Eng 22 700 Tremont st, it has a special unit with it also, ive been twice guys were really good at 22. Im actually going to be in boston for houses on the 21st. According to Eng 37 Trk 26's offical Facebook page Dist 5 is now disbanded.
