your best bet i would say go to like Hughsonville, Rombout or Roosevelt they all have big Rescues Hughsonville is laid out very nice with reels on the bumper and the rear with tools mounted to the bumper but im not sure your going to get 2 tools 2 reels and a hose line on the bumper it would have to be really deep but why are u adding the line to the rescue if the one now does not have water u going to try and not run 20 on mva's anymore and just 1 pice

Mark truck look awesome just a few questions with going with the inner light bar i saw in 1 of the pics there is a side led light by the door will there be any up on the wheel well with the lights under the merrier also the monitor for the camra is good idea wish a lot of companies would do that my old firehouse had it and it work very well only thing now that you guys got a chief car wouldn't it be better mounted in there so the ic can watch it or is someone on the truck assigned to watch it when it is used just a thought and good luck with it

Ok why is it every time someone puts on here about someone getting a new toy, everyone says kinda how they don't need it or there are 4-6 around them? Here it is, Wappingers is looking into a new truck good for them. Long over due. the same s*** happened when Hughsonville got their rescue, everyone said 'oh, they don't need it, its too big, its too much money'. If every dept. in southern Dutchess wants their own ladder who cares? Its not my dept. its not yours. If they all wanna be self sufficient, good for them. Just seems like every time someone gets a new toy everyone has something to say thats not good. And as for can they guarantee they will get it out, can any one guarantee anyone will get all there trucks out? No, they can't unless your paid. I know of a fire in southern duchess where a capt. of dept. A had to go to dept B and drive there rig to there fire. Jetphoto you know what I'm talking about. Everyone in southern duchess works very good with each other. As for what I know, the truck is very much needed. Also to BFD1054 if you didn't know 68-45 is out first on 98% of there calls most of the time, and due to the way it was set up also can act as a first due.

ok i live right next to the building Hudson valley/care1 use for there office there is a bus there 24/7 now the crew is not there 24/7 i am good friends with one of them who work there they just leave the bus there and staff it the time its paid for i think it 6am-6pm they do run als in to the valley and millbrook after that time with a crew out of poughkeepsie due to its not pade for in the valley now for mobile life from what im told from insiders care 1 will no longer be running into the valley and this is y you now here mobile life

i think right now about 95% of E.F.F.D is marion do to there past chief his company sells them i know that 39-11,l2,13,15,16,18,21,22,52,67are not sure about 39-14,17,19,51, and 46 is a e-one not sure adout 45 and they have the biggest dist.in dutchess i think its like 56 sq. miles and there trucks do get alot of use and abuse and hold up very well so marion most be building a tough truck

i agree with you 100% i am very big in to lights no light today will beet a mx7000 loaded light bar(bring back the rotaters) like the other guy said they bonce off everything leds flash one way and 1 way only unless you by the new walean light bar now do you really need 2 6 light light bars in the grill or is 1 good and for the back it is done very nice and clean good job sws but now you can do the same with takeing the arrow stick out of the inside and put it on the roof in the back once you open that back hatch the light are ameing at the sky at least the arrow stick on the roof will shine threw the window and the lights on the side are cool but do you really need 2 more bars on the inside the same way you could prob save anout 1000.oo by take those lights out and still be a x-miss tree in the road do we know if the light onside can be turned off with a switch from the back and if i was the chief they would blind the s%&t out of me flashing in my face as im trying to do stuff this is not to bash these guys safty is #1 but the more lights you have could alos mean the more a person would look at them and go damn thats alot of lights my taxes are paying for and hit the guy stop infront of him just saying i have seen it happen now on to sws you guys do very clean nice custom work i know a few cars that you have done and been in a few very very nicely done keep it up and agan this is not to bash just putting my 2 cents out there

my old dept.uses the back of the rescue it is at every call and has A.C and heat and a fridge with water and can hold between 10-15 people and has everything for the chief so he is out of the weather if he likes or he just stays at his car

this is true first thang they teach you in e.v.o.c if the lights are on the siren is on now tell that to all the cops who fly up rt 9w and 44/55 or rt.9 then get to a light then just tap there siren and get right on your a** if i herd you comeing i would have moved already i agree with you but in my dept. at night when there no cars on the rd and we have a few rd's. to go threw before we get to a main rd. with homes we wate till the end to wind it up day time my foot does not come off it till im at the call and in dutchess we only use code 1 and code 3 unless a chief calls us on are channel and tells us but 98% of the time we are going code 3 at a slower speed

i see your in dutchess and a capt. try calling the LaGrange Fire comp. they usta do it all the time at there Carnivals no comp. sets it up they have or had all the stuff themselves i think they made everything i know they had a wheel craps table black jack table and a few other stuff and run it them selves they i think would be the best place to get some info there the only ones i know of in dutchess who did it if you call i would call comp#2 during the day and ask for Barry ward he is there car 2

Champion dosent do alot with sports cards y they changeed there name to champion sports and paintball there more of paintball and comic type cards now they were last time i was there but they still might be able to help you could also give drangions den a call on rt. 9 in the toys r us plaza

The beckett book is a good place if you know how to use it it can get a little tricky as you look at a card # it gives you and average price and a high price my dad usta be a sports card dealer and still does alot of stuff with cards if you like p.m me a # to call u at and some info on the cards like the brand and such and i can prob. help you out just cuse there in sleves and in good condition dosent mean there worth anything

I have to disagree where im from 95% of the time the cop cars are in the way we had a problum once where there was 4 cop cars blocking the rd of a mva with a person traped and noone could find the cops they were down the road stopping cars from comeing down with out there cars and so we moved the car with are rescue and yes we tryed the doors they were lock so we moved it i really think the cops should put there cars out of the way and let us do are job ever sinces this happend now there cars are off the side of the road and let us do whatever myunder standing is like it was said the fire chief is the ic of everytrhing the cops just do the report and stay out the way we had a cop car one other time block a drive way of a house fire and i ask the cop yo you got water and hose on that car if not get it out of here he dident like that to much but he moved found out was his 2ed day on the job some cops not all like to flex that they have a badge and dont know where to draw the line

They already have a friend of mine has one kodac makes one he can take pics and send to his email or post on line right from the cam. i disagree i have a cam phone that takes pics in HD and i can blow them up poster size with no prob better then a 6 mp point an shoot

I know a F.D in dutchess that bought co/gas detectors for all the radio straps that the guys were when they walk into the homes for ems calls so they knowit was costly but there is no price on life safty
