NYC announced that the staffing level for nypd will remain the same for this fiscal year due to low crime rate and a more stable budget. Well thats what i heard. So that might be the reason.

from what i heard, engine 68 was taken out of service in 2004 and replaced by Rescue 88, engine 68 used to run out of station 2 with engine 66 and tower ladder 6, now 68 is a spare. what are staffing levels for white plains anyway??? just out of curiosity!!

hoping for a speedy recovery to all the officers, cant say its the bad economy i buffed this area a few times(not by myself) as this building is close to engine 9 and batt 4. Its just one of those rundown neighborhoods where its cool to be a hood rat and live in a hell hole then it is to find a education and a good job. Unfortunately there is one neighborhood like this in every city. Hopefully jersey city recovers from this mess as the city was and still is headed in the right direction.
