actually i think Ladder 3 has been shutdown since they took the last tiller out of service and manpower relocated. But yeah ladder 3 is the only tiller in jcfd

so im assuming its just a regular scanner youll be able to pick up whats in your area but wont be able to listen to whats 200 miles out. or is it going to be like a radio refrence database where you can hear any kind of dispatch from anywhere.

another thing 2 years ago as i was walking around the lineup area killing time,i decided to take photos of the rigs most departments greeted me and ask where i was from etc. Untill that is i got to bogota when one of the female fighters if she was even one, when she see's me take my camera out and start take pictures of the rig she Yells at me hey can we eat first.

last year at mamaroneck and Washington twp 100th, im not hating on them but its a saftey issue

you dont have to live in yonkers to not express solidarity with the firefighter. times are unfortunately tough, but even unfortunate other city governments are going to look at yonkers and say if yonkers can close 2 companies when they only have 15 or so companies( i know im off on the number). Another city will say hey if this department can close x amount when they have y amount and they are a smaller town. Then we can close XX amount because we have more units.

no your right it did start at 7 last year dont know where i got the 6pm start from

they pushed back the start time to 7,wasnt it always a 6pm start??
