Does Union Vale still have TransCare as the ALS provider for the town? I didn't think they changed but the past two weeks I've heard Alamo go to Union Vale at least 4 times. I saw the TC Union Vale bus the other day, so do they have an arrangement were alamo covers at night or something? Thanks for any info.

If no contact is made, in Dutchess County it is a Priority 3, ALS Ambulance and Fire Dept.

Great Job Cheif, Once again Beekman did another great job!

MTA Police responded, it wasn't too far from their station

You are correct, but they still have a crewbase in Fishkill with 2 units. -

It definitely seems like Alamo is trying to change their ways. Whether or not its keeping the Fishkill ambulances, or adding ambulances in northern Dutchess county, they definitely are rebounding. I commend HealthQuest and the Alamo management for really putting effort in to improve the company. -

Do you guys still have the ambulance on 12 hours a day x 5 days a week? Or do you have 24/7 ambulance like Pawling & Beekman? -

Oh I see, thanks! -
That's going above and beyond the call of duty. Props to the EMT's in that ambulance!

Praying for a speedy recovery.

Does anyone know why pawling just didnt tone out 2nd alarm, 3rd alarm, but then again they never seem to do it. That would have made more sense, in my opinion. Instead of taking more time to say I want Engine X from Department A and CAFS Truck X from Department C, toning out an alarm gets you the appropriate amount of equipment.

I canned XM after that pos merger went through. I don't care what anyone said but that ruined XM Satellite Radio When did this happen? After the near collapse of their company two weeks ago?

I don't like hearing about all these. These meteorite encounters have been happening way to much lately.

Well what the taxpayers are forgetting is they'll still have to pay their taxes, it'll just go to either Arlington or Hyde Park. They cant evade the problem, the residents gotta sit down and figure it out.

Add TransCare Medic 303 and 85-3 to that list.

Amazing. lol

Looking Sharp! I like the new look for the Transport buses. I also like the look of the new 911 ambulances

It doesn't happen too much in Dutchess unless its a situation where they've gone third dispatch for an ambulance and it hasn't called out, then they turn the call over to the commercial agency. I know some departments like New Hamburg, East Fishkill and Beekman have some sort of apparatus that responds with the ambulance, right off the bat. Often enough ill hear East Fishkill 39-98 and Mobile Life 268 responding or Beekman 34-61 & 67 responding. I dont hear alot of services cancel fire, as they respond simultaneously.

yeah the Town Of Wappingers rigs lettering are identical, only Medic 2 is different from Medic 1 with the chasis, but the lettering and color scheme of Wapp is almost the same as the ones in Beekman, Pawling, Union Vale. The new contracts sport the new TC colors, and the red stars of life in the back window.

TransCare does have some nice rigs. It's nice most of them are uniform too.

I'm not sure about injuries, but I know 36-71, 36-72, 36-73 were on the scene and 84-75 on standby

Another great job by SWS!
