13 Departments, 4 VAC's. 10am Every Sunday except the last Sunday of the month when it is done by the Putnam County Sheriffs Dept.(40-Control) to test their equiptment.

In at least 1 episode when Tommy was supposed to be in Staten Island, they used a ladder from the Manhasset-Lakeville Fire Department in Nassau County. The reflective stripping had the truck number in it.

Most times you see an FDNY picture you see they dont have the waist straps buckled. I could never get a straight answer why they wear them that way

In my department you are "Sworn In" to the Department stating that you will obey the laws of the State of New York and the By laws of the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department. To me that means you know what Arson is and what happens if you commit it
