  1. RIP Officer *******! You will be missed by of all of us. Thank you for giving your life so that we may be safe tonight. I will never forget working with you on so many scenes! Again RIP my friend!!
  2. My brother-in law is a fire fighter with the city and he said that this has not gone over well. He said the city wanted lots of money to be cut from there budget so they found a way to do it with out laying off anyone, but the city wanted more money and also did not like what they had planned to to reduce their budget.
  3. Transcare currently runs 2 24hr ALS ambulances out of the city of Poughkeepise. There is only a few times that a transport/back up 911 truck has had to cover a call in Poughkeepsie due to the 2 city units already being out. The city of poughkeepsie medic units follow the same set up as the 2 Town of Wappingers units.
