Is any one else experiencing issues with facebook, for some reason it is taking a awful long time to load for me.

So what was it like or going through your head when you had to do CPR for the first time? I did it for the first time at work yesterday, I mean it felt good to help save some one, but watching the medics work on the PT I kinda felt a little sad too..the person did make it btw.

I didn't hear anything crack, but I didn't do compressions, there was a CNA from a nursing home that helped out I thought I would of hesitated at first, but as soon as the first aid kit with the pocket mask showed up, I went right at it, had a problem with her neck hyper extending so I had some one old her head up a little. She kept going in and out of it, then the AED arrived and the my co-worker delivered two shocks, for some reason it didn't feel like a eternity went by every thing seem to go quick, New Hamburgh and Mobile life had very quick response times...Oh and Chief Moore sorry if I blew your ear off over the radio, I must of yelled CPR in progress like three times over the radio when he called and asked for a update.

Is it me or has the signal degraded on 46.360mhz? I'm noticing it on both receivers I have, and MaxTrac and Minitor 2.

I might have to realign the M2 that I have, cause some areas even out side I get complete static when they are dispatching.

Thanks for you reply Tom..Its just weird I remember the signal being stronger, and if they are getting rid of it doesn't make sense for them to waste money and fix it. I personally thing they should keep 46.36, but thats just me.

What departments still have these pagers kicking around? What do you think of them, when they break, do you just toss them out or fix them? If you have one donated where do you get the tone reeds from?

Ok on another website I traded a radio I had for a lowband Monitor 3, unit works, but I am having an issue when I try to program it, I was typing in 46.36 and I kept getting a error "spur frequency" does any one know any thing about this?

Ok so today at work was a little hectic, to start off, saw a few lights flicker...no big deal, then saw a few stores with out power..thinking hmmm ok power surge? and five seconds later, the fire alarm activates...ok something must be going on...activation coming from smoke head in gas meter room..thinking hmmm this could get bad...so go to the office to grab the key for the room, and there are two girls fighting out side of the office...was like great what else could go wrong...hear via radio, active fire in eletric room...excelent! get the girls broken up, and send them on there way..trying to get the building evacutated...and noitce my cell phone is missing off of my belt...I see the phone case under a table but no phone! Why do people bother stealing cell phones? its like once the person knows the phone is missing that they are going to report it and deactivate it, so why even bother..the phone is going to be useless, cause once its reported it can't be activated again... it just bothers the heck out of me why people steal crap...ugh... Sorry just need to vent a little....

Well at work today, verizon called and said some one returned my phone, so I am now back in possession of it...now i just have to reenter all my contacts.

Lol she was able to get it washed, had a few stubborn managers that didn't want to evacuate at first..but there was no undressing, the one girl was waaaay underage and the other girl was not very pretty at all..it pretty much put it self out..New Hamburg and Wappingers are also to thanks for there quick response, it could of turned really ugly...
