  4. HAHA!!! If that's the case it should be a top seller here in Westchester!
  5. Nice looking engine! I like the switch to the top-mount pumps.
  6. It is my understanding that Westport FD in Connecticut bills non residents for MVA's/PIAA's. This is done because residents pay taxes for the services provided by the FD. Non residents obviously do not pay the taxes for the FD so they are billed. Not sure If I am a fan of that or not...
  7. Agreed. Great looking rig otherwise. Best of luck with it!
  8. Nice looking rig thus far.
  9. A new protocol has been put into effect when Pleasantville VAC gets called to Graham Hills Park. PVAC is dispatched along with Thornwood FD, Pleasantville FD, Hawthorne FD (Gator), and Battalion 11 (Fire).
  10. Excellent video! I have great respect for all dispatchers, especially the men and women of 60-Control.
  11. Thank you to both of you. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. We expect to be very busy with the Rehab Unit and look forward to helping out.
  12. We do carry a heavy duty heater during the colder months. We carry misting fans and cooling chairs all year round. We also role either our fly car or a bus, maybe even two too transport PVAC rehab personnel...these could be used for cooling/heating. We have been very busy lately with the Rehab Unit...feel free to ask questions if you see us!
  13. My condolences go out to his family, friends, and brothers of the FDMV. May you rest in peace!
  14. I just wanted to thank everyone who came and showed their support for Sgt Gokey last night. We had a GREAT turnout!
  15. May she rest in peace. My condolences to her family and friends.
  16. Spot on. Hope you can make it.
  17. Great looking rigs. Great shots as always. I too am a big fan of the side view mirrors for the crew to use to get out safely.
  18. Nice shots, great looking rig. What year was the ladder that got replaced?
  19. Excellent post. More people should think and see the world like you!
  20. This is flat out stupid. With such a high mean family income, you would think the families have all the books they need in their 1.2 million dollar houses.
  21. AYE. I like it a lot. Thought is was a nice addition to the sit.
  22. Pleasantville VAC won best ambulance corp!!!
  23. We do not send cards to cardiac arrests and to calls when the patient dies. However, you would be surprised at how often we receive letters/donations from family members thanking us without receiving a comment card. The cards have worked great for us!
  24. You also might get some nice slogan or motto ideas from them!
  25. I like the concept of the light bar. Are they TIR or LIN 3's or 4's? Colors? How much did the "light bar" cost?
