All kidding aside, you guys are very lucky to have such a large pool of young members that are coming together as a pretty damn good team I must say. I enjoy watching them from my persective both at incidents scene and when they're hanging at the station.

A few more examples of roof overs. This is obvious And two more, a steep pitch and an older "Sears" type metal roof over.
-
Here is an example of an older unit that has been updated with a roof over, siding, windows and doors. By looking at it, it would appear to be a newer unit, but it actually is a 1974 unit with the tin roof still under the new roof. So these are not what they appear to be as well. This one happens to be my tindominium.

Class will begin @ 9am at the Wassaic firehouse with a power point training presentation followed by practical hands on training on the grounds of the Taconic DDSO @ the Wastachem park. The day will be for the beginner that has never done this type of training as well as a refresher for those that already have. A light lunch will be provided for all. There is no cost for anyone that attends and a certificate will be issued. Instructor for the day will be Craig Elderkin or fdny2817 here on EMTBRAVO. Send me a PM if you want to attend, help out for the day or have a question. You may also just tell me in the thread. ALL are welcome, however I would like to know if you are coming so we can have an approximate total for lunch.
