Should have clarified that better, no calls for the Wahoo crew since Monday. I work at the great TDDSO and have the luxury of calling you.

-
No need to be sorry, I was looking there as well but it was actually in the Dutchess Forum section, with or without it, the Dutchess responders have surely been busy

Our Chief here at Safety got to meet Victor last night at the Sleight Plass fire. You beat me the Dover fire, I was scanning for it too.

Bill was the Tahoe pushed into the vehicle that he had stopped, I see the right corner of the plastic/rubber shield under the bumper pulled down. Speedy recovery to the PO.

They live on a dirt road just over the line from the Wassaic Fire District, preplan for the road is for Millbrook and Wassaic, we went to their residence for an AFA a few years back on X-mas eve. Mr. Neeson also had a pretty bad motorcycle accident on the road and was found by a passer-by. http://www.showbizireland.com/news/july00/12-neeson02.shtml

When Command arrived on scene all equipped was requested to the scene as there was a large grass fire with a barn as an exposure. A quick response and apparatus placement quickly knocked the fire down before reaching the barn. Thanks to the Amenia firefighters that responded to assist. Photos by Dan Killmer after knockdown. Crews extinguishing the original pile that was being burned that got out of control. Explorer Randy Killmer assists Asst. Chief Christiansen with refilling Tanker 69-31

Nice rig Chief, came down this morning for a view, thanks Rob and Commish Pete for the hospitality, we were gone maybe 45 minutes when the structure fire went out, we were wondering the same thing if it went to the fire.
-
Excellent work Mr. Marron, great story.
-
Yes indeed Jack, the guys made a quick attack and the brothers from Amenia responded and assisted without being requested (Thanks), it was just about out, with exception of the original pile when I arrived with the last Engine. Hopefully this is not an indication of the brush fire season, we have already had two, with only one last year, although that one was a BIG two day event.
