i didnt do CPR on anyone but i was at the scene when CPR was in progress. i was riding out wit GPD medic and got a call for possible heart attack. on the way to the call, updated that CPR was in progress!! i got to suction the patient thats about it. but even at the scene where someone is dying is a adrenaline rush. pt overdosed on crack nd it was a save!!

Well my friend is a her. Its not Ben. But yeah I go to Boces in Valhalla for CFR/EMT. I'm in the EMT class but can't sit for the test. And yeah I would like to do a ride along if its possible. And I live off Central ave in white plains. And I'm more then willing to learn.

Ohh that's cool to hear!! Most other explorers aren't able to ride. By ventilation I am talking about with the gas fan. Nothing major.

Really that's cool. In my department we are also preveliged to ride the apparatus. Most calls we are not let out the truck, but in a fire they let us out. For example in August of 2007 there was a basement fire and I hit the hydrant,packed hose, and ventilated. We are not let inside any structures.
