Taylor has just placed these two brush trucks (Brush 1 & Brush 2) in service. They are 2011 Ford F-450/Wildfire with a 125 GPM/300 water tank. Also black over red is now Taylor's new paint scheme.

Here's District Command 2. 2011 Ford F-350/Frazer I was told today that there are 4 more on order and they will be in 2012.

I believe that all the District Commander got/getting one. I saw today that District Command 2 got one. (Sorry no pics). I have no clue what the plains are for the DC pick-ups?

I think it would look alot better if they would have painted the top of the box to match the cab.

I agree ATCEMS does have some of the best looking units around. I think that the blue over yellow is alot better then the white over yellow is/was.

Actually Seth ATCEMS was the first dept to run those. All the District Commanders ran them. Also District Command 6 is refurbished on a new 2011 Ford F-350 chassis. I do have pics of it before it was refurbished. If you want I can post them?

The first LODD happen today in Austin. Travis County Constable Precinct 2 Corporal Kevin Aigner die today while working the Steiner Ranch brush fire.

Update on the Bastrop fire. It's now 40% contained. Also the DC 10 that came to help was never used! It's now in Houston working on the brush fires there.

Seth the Bastrop fire is now 30% contained. Also a DC 10 air tanker from California arrived last night and should be drops today.
