Wow that is one of the nicest command car i have ever encountered.

I don't understand what the big deal is having them as courtsey lights and as apparatus warning lights. The law says that the bule is a courtsey light in POV's therefore it has no actual bearing as it would on the back of the apparatus. My point is that they might as well just let them be used as courtsey lights and as warning lights. And i would just like to point out that where i live the blue courtsey light is very useful. People around here know that it means nothing, but still allow me to pass, knowing that i am doing the community a service

Seems to me like it would be more of a hassle to operate then anything. trying to man the bumps while keeping balance while you operate the pumps, and even harder when you are forced to be on an incline.

Which Departments still page over 33.96? and does anyone know why they use 33.96 as opposed to 46.26 like most of the rest of the area?

The new look is quite nice, though i am going to have to stick to tradition and say that i like the old style better

we have an arrow stick on the back of our engine that is always on and when it is not being told to do something it is just making up some random pattern. no, they don't work for their intended purpose, but when the engine is on the side of the road it is useful for detouring and such

Mount Kisco has possessed the new Ladder 43 for about 6 months now, is it going to go into service anytime soon? What is the hold up?

The lighting plans for this truck are in the works by a few members/officers of the department.

If i am correct the current 2281 is the newest cheif's rig they have. is there going to be some shuffling around of the current cars after this one is put into service?
