Engine 59 relocates every night due to a contract with the Village Of Rye Brook... RBFD only work 7am to 7pm..... So at 7pm PC sends a career engine up to cover the district... and you are also getting two additional volunteer engines a ladder and rescue from PC just like we send during daytime hours....

Yea a LT from L-31 was transported as well as PC car 2393 due to injuries

Key words 'Years ago" Its very rare that a volunteer rig does not get out.

Not to be rude in anyway but the numbers are way up then they were back then..... For example if anyone came to our midland avenue fire back in march you would have saw the turnout we had with volunteers. Is there companies hurting yes of course everyone has their moments but i can guarantee you that the numbers are way up there.

Really so how do we operate that thier our several problems. Because I havent noticed any and I'm from this department. See what it comes down to is that people love to start s*** when it's not neccesary this topic was originally started asking about operations so how did it come to RBFD dosent need to exist is that neccesary to say..... Matter of fact does that have anything to do with operations no it dosent. And to M ave if you dont have anything but negative things to say to people or insult them cause of thier writing keep it to yourself. Everyone else enjoy your weekend and stay safe
