It is a video camera that transmits back to the hospital command center so the administrative staff can see what is going on at the scene. The unit is mounted on our special operations communication vehicle. This unit is parked at the NYP Weill Cornell campus.

Great job by all the companies and members at the scene. Also good job by the 2 victims in stay calm and waiting for the members to get them.

Got to the fire after it was knocked down and all victims removed. It was an all hands fire with fire on the 4th floor with people in the windows on the fire floor and floor above. All victims removed via TL-14 and L-26 stick. 4 10-45's 3 code 4 and 1 code 2.
