  8. A guy name Gus cant remember his last name right now but he did sell photo's back in the 80's. Sorry I did not give credit for them as I did not recall his full name.
  9. You do have to laugh at the numbers on the rigs and the FDNY 's on them as they are for the real fire trucks (RED) one's. But all in all they were not that bad to look at atleast you had a clue to what company was going by you. And I do remember the Kermit the frog on the front of 45 Engine. But the red/white paint came pretty fast for some of the companies.
  10. No problem I have amny more photo's of Engines and truck companies that I will post some time soon. I'm glad you guys enjoyed them.
  11. That would most likely be Engine/Squad 61, engine 90 , 97, Ladder 41 , maybe L-58. I think they would be on the first alarm. Nate can tell us for sure.
  12. Yes they are the brothers put them on back then I beleave they worked off of scott bottles. Engine 72 and Sat 2 also had a set of train horns on them as well.

  18. We need to get a pic of that................
  19. I ran a drill with my dept. on fire in a taxpayer. Get a row of stores and take the members and do a walk thru with the owners see the basement the back room and the ROOF point out the A/C units on the roof. Show the weak points of the roof and that a collaspe of the unit is very likely if they have a fire under them. Maybe we can learn from the past so we dont loss any more members. Just my 2 cents
  20. Well in 20 years in the fire service I have never seen the bones of a dead cat in a tree.
  21. Does Kent still have the Mack from FDNY?????????????
